JOB DESCRIPTION

If you're an experienced Venue Manager with a passion for the hospitality industry, we'd love to hear from you. 

Pasadena Sydney' is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our team at our Church Point NSW 2105 location. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant hospitality venue.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of the venue's operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and customer service
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the venue
  • Monitor and analyse venue performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimise efficiency and profitability
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing leadership and support to the venue team
  • Ensure the venue complies with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Significant experience in a similar venue management role within the hospitality industry including experience in event coordination and understanding of boutique accomodation
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Solid financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and optimise venue profitability
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with all departments of the venue
  • Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
